Requirements

Project Implementation

The old analog telephone system was replaced with mobile landline. This not only freed up space in the server cabinet but also provided numerous new practical features with IP telephony, such as cross-location team overview. Due to the existing integration of fax and CTI/AS400 through the 1Unified system from UNICOPE, compatibility with the new software was ensured, and the new integration was quickly established.
