Requirements

Customized communication solution for data centre operator conova

The analog telephone system was outdated and needed to be replaced with a modern communication solution. It was also necessary to ensure a seamless transition of telephony without any downtime or complications. The requirement was for a VoIP solution with a call centre, call recording, and reporting capabilities.

Project Implementation

UNICOPE was able to complete the entire implementation, from the initial concept to the actual telephony transition, in just 2 months. Reports were developed for the call centre to analyze call volume and duration. The main reason for switching to mobile landline was the audio recording feature.

In total, 75 users were migrated.

The following equipment was deployed:

  • 60 Yealink T48G phones with headsets
  • 3 Polycom conference phones in the conference rooms
  • 2 gateways for connectivity

UPDATE 2019:

  • Expansion of the telephone system to 85 users
  • Replacement of Yealink T48G phones with Yealink Smart Business Phone T58A,
    featuring an extra-large adjustable touch display
