General Questions

No, mobile landline is a software solution. With this method, only the code needs to be changed for a feature expansion, eliminating the need for hardware replacement.

Technical Questions

No, you only need an LAN connection (RJ45). Most IP desk phones even pass the signal through, which means you won’t lose your internet connection.

A regular 2 Mbps broadband connection is more than enough. A phone call requires 100 kbps of bandwidth. You can test your internet speed at the following link: https://www.wieistmeineip.at/speedtest/

Order Process and Porting

Yes, you can keep your number. The number will be ported to onemobile.

Obtain the NÜV information from your current provider. With this NÜV information, we can port your existing phone number to onemobile.

The porting of your old number can take place at least 5 days after signing the contract. From the day of the number switch, you will be reachable under your familiar number on the onemobile network.

Your card is already activated.

Please contact our onemobile hotline as soon as possible at +43 6890505050. The SIM card will be blocked, and a new one will be issued.

Currently, we do not offer this feature.

Contract and Billing

The contract term will be agreed upon with you. The minimum contract term is 24 months. Please refer to your onemobile documents.

ou can switch to currently available tariffs on the first day of the month. Unless otherwise agreed, the tariff change is always associated with a contract extension and a fee (tariff change fee). The amount of the fee depends on the tariff you want to switch to.

Tariffs & Options

You can customize your tariff. Choose from the BusinessVoice tariffs for free voice minutes and SMS. For your data usage, select from the BusinessData tariffs.

You can always add currently available additional tariffs “Business Plus” on the first day of the month.

We only offer tariffs with a contract term. There is no prepaid function.

Currently, we do not offer a customer portal with usage information. We are working on it.

Troubleshooting

f you are unable to connect to a network while roaming, please change the mode to “Manual” and then select “Roaming.” You can find this option on Android devices in the “onemobile Services” application. In it, select unoAT -> Select Mode and change it to manual.

On iPhones, go to Settings -> Mobile Data -> SIM Application, and then select unoAT -> Select Mode.

Upon return, you will need to switch back to “Manual” and select “Austria” or switch to “Automatic” again.
